Please let me carry your bag for you.= I offered to carry Jane’s bag.
I will bring some juice. = I will provide some juice. ( provide = give)
I will get permission to use the school cafeteria. = I will obtain permission to use the school cafeteria.
My school lets me use my smartphone. = My school allows me to use my smartphone. = My school accepts the use of smartphones.
I told Jane she must make dinner. = I insisted that Jane make dinner.= I demanded that Jane make dinner.
I think you should eat more vegetables. = I recommend / suggest eating more vegetables.
上の例文で request, demand, insist の後の「that 節」の中の動詞は原形になっていますね。その他、let me use は allow me to use とだいたい同じ意味に書き換えることができます。覚えておきましょう！
